I have a skin that shows the localization flags in the top right corner.  I wish to remove those so they do not appear.  I can't seem to find out where in the skin file I can delete that.  Any advice?

Look at the source of your page. Find skin.css. Generally this is the location of your skin files.
There can be html and ascx files in the folder containing the skin.css, the ascx file is the actual skin.

Look for this <dnn:languages... /> and remove it from the ascx file.
If there's and html file too, there will be wither this [languages] or this in there <object .... languages>, remove that too, or remove the html file.
(it's a file that can be passed to the ascx file, if you don't change or remove it, parsing the skin will overwrite your changes in the ascx file.
