 How can i set skin dynamically for whole website on the basis of some query string value?

What would be the best place to do that? I tried by changing code in INIT event of default.aspx.cs, but that is not updating my skin.

e.g.

ctlSkin.SkinSrc = ctlSkin.SkinSrc.Replace("OldSkin""NewSkin");

The page settings is using OldSkin path of a skin. So, I just need to replace the the folder name of skin for some conditions.I have created skin files & containers with same name in both folders. So just by changing folder name on run-time, it should change the skin. But i think i am not doing it at right place (InIt event). Please help.

DNN already supports this. Add the query parameter...

?SkinSrc=Portals/_default/Skins/MinimalExtropy/index full

...or similar, to the URL
