Hello,

I am having trouble using a background image in DNN portal. Here's what happening

1. After I upload and set a background image, the background image never shows up!! The help text to the background says :

Depending on the skin, if selected, an image will display in the background of all pages.

 

What am I missing here? I tried with the default gray skin and no skin options but am not able to get this straight

2. After the page is loaded in IE 6.0, when I click on the refresh button, the set background image flashes/appears once and then is gone!!!

Please advise.

Thank you for pointing me to the posts. Unfortunately, I am still not able to figure that out.

I tried to take the qoutes out from the CSS but did not work

I am not sure how much other portals will be affected if I tweak the skin.ascx file.

 Here is a temp DNN site I am working on

When you open it in browser say in IE, the background image seems to flash and dissapear. But when you click the refresh button or F5 the green background appears only for a mere second!!!
