To everybody posting CSS styling problems in this Forum,
please put one or more of these in your posts:

    1. a link to an online example of the problem (best)
    2. An image of the problem
    3. The CSS that's causing the problem

This will increase the chance that somebody can / will help you....

e.g. It's kind of impossible to react to something like
"I have a small blue line on top of the menu, please help"

I don't know who's the admin of this forum (used to be Nina), but maybee it's good to put this in the posting guidelines (if you agree).

Timo,

thank you for your statement, AFAIK the guidelines are the same for all forums, so this might be need to be changed and can take some time due to limited resources of this volunteer project. Please notice, that all forums are owned by DotNetNuke Core Team and administrated by Web Admin Team. Besides there are a number of moderators and CT members, trying to get answered as many of the post as possible - and Nina is for sure one of the most active Volunteers around.

I think Timo is correct, posting questions without this type of information is asking us to find a needle in a haystack. This forum has its own posting guidelines and this a recommendation should be stated at the top (not at the bottom).

BTW Sebastian, IMO you are one of the most active volunteers ;)

Hi Timo

Interesting post, but the reason my name is not on there is because I was told that only website administrators  (board of directors and authorised people) are allowed to have pinned posts.. and I was told I am not allowed to change it any more.

So, rather than causing any problems, I'm moving more to my own site for answers. I thought I was an active contributor too, but I do not have authority to pin posts and if I make a change, my signature will be on the bottom of that post and I may in trouble again. And I dont' want to cause any more problems than I seem to have done in the past.

But it's a good point you make.

Ah.. so there is not one moderator for a forum, but a group of people..
To everybody in this group: THANK YOU!
You all helped me a lot when I first started using DNN (and still do)

Now I try helping others, and learn from other posts.
But sometimes posted questions written a little bit to "efficient" I think.

See this as a comment on the posters not the moderators, because in a way it should be obvious you supply all the info you can...
