Any suggestions on how to weed through the DNN art landscape?  ANy suggestions on a designer that exceeded your expectations?

DNN Designers are different to the straight graphics designer I think these days.

I think asking for some reference sites might help. You know - the live sort - not the ones with fixed content.

Everyone thinks they are great.. I'm sure of that. It's a subjective area!

I just wish I was as smart as some - with their cheap Indian or Chinese team and charging in US dollars.. that's a good for designing more $$$$ in the bank account!!  Do you know how much $200USD is in these currencies?  I can't compete at that level, but do I really want to?

But I suppose I could say - Yes I'm cheap, good and fast.. which 2 do you want?
