Hey all. I have a question for you. I have successfully created and uploaded a container to my site, the only problem with it is that the images used for the container were saved as .gif files with transparent parts. The transparent parts are not transparent when I apply the container and instead are showing up white which doesn't work well on the colored background of my skin. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix? Thanks so much!!!

Hi Daryl,

A few questions... Have you tried putting the image on another site (with a different color background) to make sure the images are transparent?  And what is supposed to be in the background behind the transparent images?

If the images are transparent and they are not showing up that way, you'll want to make sure your CSS doesn't have a background color.  If you have images with transparency and another image behind them you'll have to do some special CSS to get them working.  Here is a site we did that has an example: http://www.rivercityprofessionals.org/

The CSS elements we used for those images were:

.ContentTopBorder
{
background-image: url(images/centertable2_r1_c1.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
filter:alpha(opacity=84);
opacity: 0.84;
-moz-opacity:0.84;
}
.ContentMiddleArea
{
background-image: url(images/centertable2_r2_c1.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-y;
filter:alpha(opacity=84);
opacity: 0.84;
-moz-opacity:0.84;
vertical-align: top;
}
.ContentBottomBorder
{
background-image: url(images/centertable2_r3_c1.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
filter:alpha(opacity=84);
opacity: 0.84;
-moz-opacity:0.84;
}

If I have over complicated this let me know... I'll be happy to respond to your answers.
