Just a question to see if anyone else has experienced this.  I downloaded and installed a free skin.  It works fine.  The drag and drop capability in the admin works as expected.  I went into the skin file and removed the right pane because it is not needed.  When I did that, the drag and drop ceases to work.  I am able to pick up a module and move it around the screen, but I cannot release it.   No matter what I do, the module sticks to my cursor.  If I put the right pane back in, it works again.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Do you have to have three panes?

No idea what the problem is since normally you don't have to have a rightpane.
You could try hiding the rightpane witthout removing it with:
