using DNN 3 or 4: When using
<td style="background-image: url(someimage.jpg);">
parsing the skin does NOT change the url() image to the proper link. Is there a work around for this?

it depends on where you stored your image, i believe calculation of the url is done by the browser. Due to the nature of friendly urls, the url will change constantly for the browser.

You really should put this in a seperate css file, because that will have a fixed location allways, so the image can be found actually.

You could also try this in your .ascx file: <td style="background-image: url(<%=skinpath%>someimage.jpg);">

Well, I actually used <%=SkinPath%> in the htm file in the url like

url('<%=SkinPath%>imagename.jpg')

I was hoping DNN would parse it and it did. So that worked perfectly. Thanks.
