Hi,

I've built a module based upon the Site Wizard and DNN portal signup code that allows users to create their own portal.  However, with 4.4+, it appears that only super-users can create portals, rather than a registered user or unauthenticated user.  Is this a new restriction in DNN?  I'm not getting any errors returned - the portal is simply not created.

Also, when a portal is first created, the administrator must go to the Admin -> File Manager page and click "update" in order to see/change skins.  How can I programmatically give the admin user these privileges so they won't have to go into the File Manager right away?

Thanks,

Chris Hambleton
