Hi.

I have a problem with the DNNTree. I have followed the sample from adefwebserver (http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNNTree/). To make it easier I have translated the code into C#. However, I seem to get some errors and I'm not sure what the code is actually supposed to do.

1. objNode = objNode.TreeNodes(index);
 (I get "TreeNodes' is a 'property' but is used like a 'method'"). It seems to work in VB, but obviously TreeNodes is not a method, so it is wrong to use it like this.

2. objNode.ImageIndex = eImageType.Folder;
(DNN tells me I cannot implicitly convert
eImageType (which is an enum) to an int. eImageType is either a folder or a page and I'm not sure how I can convert these into numbers.

Thanks!

Youre using C# so you need [] not () like this objNode = objNode.TreeNodes[index];

Point 2 Ill have to look into cant do it off the top of my head

Thanks!

I managed to solve problem 2 by casting to int like this:

objNode.ImageIndex = (int)eImageType.Folder;

Ok, now I have another problem.

I want to use the tree as a list of links in module and when a link is clicked I want to display some information in a different module. Can the NavigateURL-property be used or do I have to deal with keys? How do the keys work anyways?
