Is there an easy way to add an ASP.NET 2.0 User Control to a DNN page? I assume this would have to involve creating a "module." But I'd like to avoid having to use Visual Studio or Web Developer Express Edition. I just want to code the .ascx file in a text editor if possible. It's a real simple User Control. All it needs to do is gather QueryString values and use them to build a SELECT statement to query a database and display the results with pagination. I don't want to use DNN's built-in "table" module or whatever it's called, because I need some flexibility with my ASP.NET code.

What's the easiest way to do this? Please advise and thank you in advance for any assistance.

Thanks,
John

This uses Visual Web Developer Express, but it's simple and it should do what you're looking for:
