We installed DNN 4.5.01 on Friday.

I have written 2 DNN modules. The problem, as far as I can tell, is that when maximized, the module web content is not being displayed.

Both modules work correctly, but strangely, only if I hit the “print icon”. That is, there doesn't appear to be any problem with developing or installing the modules themselves, but to get them to display their content (and therefore expose their corresponding behavior), I need to click on the print icon which then properly displays the content in the separate Pop-Up “print window”. One of the modules is actually successfully doing data entry, but only from the “print window”. I am clicking on the “minimize/maximize” icon and am 99% sure that the content is minimizing/maximizing as I see the icon change from “dot-on-top” to “dot-on-bottom” and the minimize/maximize tooltips are being properly displayed.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

A side-note:
You may see a cross-post in the VS2003 .Net 1.1 forum. After waiting a day to see if my post was approved, I am reposting to the correct VS2005 Net 2.0 forum.. It looks like the forum moderator properly ignored my incorrect post about a 4.5.01 problem in that forum. I apologize in advance for any cross-post, if it occurs in the near future, in that forum.

I apologize for posting this in the wrong forum, I was in a "hurry".

I think that I know what caused this. In one of my modules, I had overriden the IActionable interface in a feeble attempt to control that module's displayed menu. I think that this effected the menus on all modules , or perhaps just the modules on that page. After deleting and then recreating my "SuperUser" account this problem disappeared. I discovered this by logging in under a different account, where the module(s) on the offending page , all, of the sudden , behaved properly.

Bottom line: Don't mess with the IActionable interface unless one knows what is going on.

This sounds a lot like what happened to my host account. (although I only pressed the back button during a delete page)
