Hi all,

I would like to create our own registration pages but still would like to utilise DNN user-page configuration pages.
For instance, as an administrator I create "Father" and "Son" group and make page a, b, c visible for all Father members and page d, e for all Son members.
Now I need to (I presume) create two modules for registration pages for Father and Son and if you sign up through the Father's registration page, you will become a member of the Father's group otherwise you will be a member of Son. I could create two tables (something called FatherDetails and SonDetails) which records whatever information we require from the registration pages with a foreign key "UserID" which we use to refer back to DNN Users table.
Now it will be easy enough to enter information to those two tables (FatherDetails or SonDetails) but how to enter the rest of information DNN requires to be able to use the user-page configuration pages? If I set Father and Son group as public and auto, anyone will be a member of both groups.

Am I approaching correctly? Are there any easy ways of archieving this? 
And also is there any way I can enter plain text password into aspnet_Membership table?
