Assume we define 2 roles in a DNN site, can I implement a module  (or there has exist a 3rd-party module) to let users switch between these roles, rather than adding users to both role groups in advance?

As far as I know this would be something you would have to implement as I have not even noticed any third party modules that will effectivly "Switch" a user from one role to another at their choice.

THis wouldn't be that hard to do.

I would try searching SnowCovered to double check that there isn't something out there.

You will want to look at the RoleController

My best thoughts would be to simply dynamically add/remove the user from the role at runtime.
