Hi,

I get crazy about this error in VS2005.

error CS0104: 'Container' is an ambiguous reference between 'System.ComponentModel.Container' and 'DotNetNuke.Container'

I am (unsuccesfully) trying to bind a datalist and passing the dataitem value to a function.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

J.

Hi Michael,

See attached my sample code. I have found also a solution, although I am not sure what the solution of the two would be. I first added a Databinder.Eval(..) in a line as well. Maybe this "helped" VS2005 to link the correct namespace. But moreover I also changed the ,<%= with <%#. I do not know what the difference is between the two since in Google searching on these tags is not allowed. Maybe literal? Anyhow. The solution is working. However, a clear reason why, is not obvious to me.

Jelle
