I follow the tutorial to create GuestBook module at this link

I received error "There is an error in your query!" on the step to execute SQL statement from 01.00.00.SqlDataProvider in SQL tool of DNN

It's copy and paste from the file to the text box in DNN SQL tool. Is there anything i forgot to do?

DNN is installed with default Database.mdf file and intergrated authentication.

Environment: MSSQL Express 2005 and Visual Web 2005 Express

When i check in Management Studio Express, there is no database for DNN. So how does it work?
