Hi there,

I'm trying to use the AlwaysVisibleControl of Ajax Toolkit in DotNetNuke 4.5.3 without success since the content of the panel using this extender doesn't move when I scroll. Anyone got this working in DNN?

http://ajax.asp.net/ajaxtoolkit/AlwaysVisibleControl/AlwaysVisibleControl.aspx

Best Regards,

Carlos

try this

Scroll Position

When the page scrolls, the control will lose position unless you place the items in a panel and give it a CssClass class like:

< asp:Panel ID="pnlUsers" runat="server" Height="50px" Width="125px" CssClass="PanelExtender" >

Then you give that .css class a  position of relative like:

< style >
.PanelExtender
{
    position: relative;
}
< /style >

I tryed adding the style and when I do view source the Panel1 is getting the correct CSS class but still doesn't move.

Can you take a look at the following declaration to see if I'm missing something and/or point me to some module that is using this extender?

Regards,

Carlos

You might have to put everything including the panel extender in a panel and set that panel to "PanelExtender" style that is how I got the popup extender to work. I have never tried the AlwaysVisibleControlExtender sorry.
