How is the module using Ajax?  Is it using the DNN AJAX items, or does it implement AJAX on it's own?

I don't understand "using the DNN Ajax Items" or "implement AJAX on it's own". So I am very happy to have your answer about problem of these two case.

In my module, I didn't wrote any Ajax code,i only check in "Support Partial Rendering" in the setting zone of a control.

Have you tried removing the "Support Partial Rendering" flag and run through the module in both IE and FF to see if there are any problems?  It may be easier to debug the issue without DNN Ajax enabled.  Once things are working correctly it just a matter of turning back the support partial rendering option to enable ajax.
