       This is a modification of the well know code smith for dnn3.x made by Vicenç Masanas.  It support

        :Object data source implement
        :Generic methods
        
       It can be used for
       :traditional Dal methods ,in case you need four templates
                             Business Class/ Info Class/DataProvider/SqlDataProvider 
       :new Dal+ methods, in case you only need two templates
                             Controller Class (DAL+)/Info Class  
       :new Dal+ with Custom Hydrator Object support. in case you need 
                            Controller Class (DAL+ and Customer Cbo)/Info Class

       Until now I have only make the c# templates. I am glad if someone make a vb.net version and send me a copy.

Thank you for this. On "C# BLL Controller Class (DAL+).cst" I get the error:

Build complete -- 2 errors, 0 warnings

---------------------- Done ----------------------

Build failed

 

However the other templates do work and they are very helpful

     Thank you, Michael . What version  of codesmith you use? I only test it under the free codesmith 2.6 version.  I will test it again to see what happen. 

     I will see if I can convert it to vb.net version in these days. Any suggestion are welcome by follow this post or directly mail to me at xiaoqi98#msn.com .

     By the way , the template also support get total records parameter  which works like the dnn core module does. For more detail ,plase see the related code.

I am using codesmith 2.6 and I tried it on two different computers. But the other ones work so it does what I need.
