When logged in as host or admin the control bar at the top is in the hidden mode - whne I click to show the bar it does a post back and rehides itself - other developers looking at the exact same page/site/portal/url dont have this problem it appears to only be on my install of IE

I have cleared the cache and tmeporary internet files and cookies but nothing seems to fix it

Is there anyone with a simmilar problem or who may know what setting I have missed to reset this?

TIA
