From neither of these posts do I see any reason why you would need to try and deploy a 'Compiled' version of DNN. 
Beyond the elements that are already compiled in core.

I'd rather not have to compile it, but as you can see from this post:

I'm going to have to or I can't deploy my module. If you have found a way to deploy your precompiled assemblies into 4.x can you please tell me the solution to the problem in that post?

If you are really serious about making modules for DNN that you WANT to distributed without source code then you should not be making DYNAMIC modules.

Instead you should be creating WAP based modules which create a single standalone DLL for your module.
