one of my ascx file in my module has a few textboxs and a linkbutton. the first time i click the linkbutton to submit, everything works fine and it posts back to the same page. but now all the web controls are not responsive. one of the textbox has a validator control to make sure only digits are allowed. i deliberately break the rule but the control is not complaining. and when i click the linkbutton again to submit, nothing happens. it seems to me all the controls are not loaded properly after postback. can anyone tell me what went wrong?
the funny thing is when i debug it with VS.NET, i can see the postback happens but all the controls are working properly. what is the difference here? this really bugs me.
