Hello,

Could someone direct me to where I can find more information on Module Definition as it pertains to Module Development and installation.

I am learning about module development by creating a module. I am looking at the source of Blog and Forum as a guide. I am using .Net 2.0 and C#. I am having a hard time understanding the Module definition when I look at the .dnn file and as Host, I go to the Create Module Definition, add definition and add controls? Don't what it is and why the Blog has many defintions.

In my module, I have added one definition, through the Host menu interface. Also added one UserControl. My module, so far has about 6 UserControls, I am loading them dynamically.

Any help in understanding this concept will be appreciated.

Thanks

have you checked out the Module Development Guide, available on the Documentation page in Resources menu above?

I also suggest to have a look at the module development tutorials at dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com, though they are in vb.net.
