Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible add  a new  web.config to a desktopmodule folder and use that in the module?
And in that web.config define properties needed by for instance WCF service calls (bindings and endpoints etc)?
I'know that it's possible in an ordinary VS2005 web site project but I haven't got it working with dnn 4.6.. I't seems as DNN ignores reading that web.config file.

Anybody got any solution to this?

I know that some modules do this curently, Ventrian News Articles is one of them.

Do you get any errors?

When I try to instantiate my WCF client I get an error saying that it can't find the neccessary bindings, the bindings I've specified in the folder web.config. So it seems like DNN ignores the web.config file in the module folder?
