Anything available for DNN for simple service request ticketing?  Clients can log in, view their open tickets/all tickets, or submit a new one?

There's a couple. One is Active Modules "Active Cases" and another is available from OnyaTech which is called Sigma Pro Help Desk I think.

I think the best one is not a module at all. SmarterTicket is a free .net ticket tracking system. Cool features
