Hi All,

Can i navigate from a control in one module to a control in other module. Is it possible to do this. The thing is i have a module in which a user can add competencies to his profile. In other module i have lists of these competencies and an add button next to each competency. When clicked on the Add button i would like this competency to be added to the module i specified (where the user can addd competencies).I would like to know if this is possible. Please provide a sample code if yes.

Thanks in Advance,

Sandeep

Sandeep,

Perhaps you can clarify your question so we can better help.  Are you wanting to redirect the user (browser) to a specific control within another module after they click a button or are you trying to have the user's input (competency) display on another module?

thanks,

Ian

Hi,

Thanks Ian for your reply.what i want is i would like to redirect to the control in another module with the competencyid as parameter to that module (which gets all the data of the competency based on the id and add it to user profile) .Hope you got it.I have checked  module navigation options but editurl and navigateurl does not solve my problem.thanks in advance.
