I have a scenario where I want to call a javascript function from a ModuleAction menu item instead of performing a postback and running any sort of code.  I used the following line of code but it doesn't seem to work:

Actions.Add(this.GetNextActionID(), "Create Event", ModuleActionType.AddContent, "", "", " CreateAppt();", false, SecurityAccessLevel.Edit, true, false);

Anybody have an idea how to accomplish this or is this not possible?

Of course, I go and try something else right after that (something called the internet and searching)... this is what works:

Actions.Add(this.GetNextActionID(), "Create Event", "CreateAppt", "", "", " CreateAppt();", false, SecurityAccessLevel.Edit, true, false);

EDIT: it is stripping out something from my text, before the call to "CreateAppt();" it should have the word javascript written followed by the colon (:) but apparently the FCKEditor doesn't like that... thinks I'm trying to do some crossscripting or something. :)
