Is there a way to move users from one portal to another programatically.  We've been deleting and recreating them but it would seem that there must be a simpler way of doing it.  Any suggestions?

You can attach a user to a new portal by adding a record to the UserPortals table.

All you need to know is  userid, portalid and Authorised flag.

Once you add the portal user - you can then need to add the user roles for the portal as well.
