Hi,

I've created a simple DNN module. It is just 1 drop down list + 1 button. I do not use a database. When I publish and view it on local - it is working fine. But when I install it on my site - it just shows the module container, empty container without the drop down list and button. When I look at the page HTML code in IE, there is no module content in the module, just:

<TD id="dnn_ctr375_ContentPane" align="center" class="DNNAligncenter"><!-- Start_Module_375 --><div id="dnn_ctr375_ModuleContent">		<!-- End_Module_375 --></div></TD>
Incredible. No error messages. No warnings.
The DNN version is 4.8.1.
I used the same way to install the module on local and on the server: Upload ZIP file. I tried both ways: upload the module with VB.NET source code and also pre-compiled DLL. No difference.
Any help is appreciated.

The Folder Name parameter for the module in the module's "Module Definition" may be wrong. How did you create the module package? If you used the Create Module Package link

it will work if the Folder Name is correct

Michael, thank you for your answer, the module package was correct. The error was in my brain. I just selected "Design" view in DNN control panel, that is why I did not see the module content. I should upgrade my brain to the latest stable version...
