How to copy a file to different folder? I am having difficuty with DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.FileSystemUtils.CopyFile; (DNN4.5) I can copy a file within the same folder but can not copy to a different folder. Public Shared Function CopyFile(ByVal strSourceFile As String, ByVal strDestFile As String, ByVal settings As PortalSettings) As String

Try using FileInfo object.

Please do NOT follow the advise of the other poster, you need to use DNN classes, otherwise the DNN file system will not get to know about your changes and at least still display the missing file in the old folder. AFAIR there is a moveFile method with a copy flag or sth like this, if you continue to have difficulties, please post here again.
