Hello,

Has anyone use the source of this module (http://www.efficionconsulting.com/DotNetNuke/Modules/Articles/tabid/352/Default.aspx) on DotNetNuke 4.0.2 with Visual Studio 2005?

I have tried to open this module project in my DNN 4.0.2 solution but encounters many errors.

Please advise

Regards,

Jimmy

Jummy,

this is a DNN3 module, created with ASP.Net 3 (VS2003), that runs on ASP.Net2, but does not compile with VS2005.

Hey Jimmy,

I use that very module on an older 3.0 site and it is great, but for 4.0.2 you might try News Articles at  http://www.smcculloch.net/

Source is also available for that as well, however, I honestly can't say if it is something you could load into 2k5 or not.

Hello Leupold and Emaynard,

If I open this articles' project source in VS2003 and make modification there then compile it again in VS2003 do you think it will work?
