Hey Mitch,

I've had these two tools recommended, but haven't had any experience myself.

PDF Sharp

ITextSharp

Take care,

http://sourceforge.net/projects/nfop is good enough.

All you need is XSL:FO and XML.

Look at http://nfop.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/nfop/nfop_fw2/tests/

Although it will not directly convert the html output of a DataGrid to a PDF file, my free PDF Generator can use the same SQL query or stored procedure to output a DataGrid like table to a PDF file. It was written as a wrapper around iTextSharp for use on a DNN site, but can be used on any ASP.Net site.  I do not consider it a finished project but may be a help to you.  Full source is also included. You may see a live demo at:

http://www.wesnetdesigns.com/Projects/PDFGenerator/tabid/83/Default.aspx

a registered site user may download it on my Downloads page.
