Hi,
with
Dim ps As DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalSettings = PortalController.GetCurrentPortalSettings
I get the current PortalSettings. However, I need the ones of an other Portal on the same installation for the calculation of image paths.
How do I get it, if I have only the portal ID?
thanks,
felix

Felixhelix,

I think you should use the "GetSiteSettings" API:

Public Shared Function GetSiteSettings(ByVal PortalId As Integer) As System.Collections.Hashtable

member of DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalSettings, by passing your PortalID and getting back an hashtable of that portal' settings.

Hi Alberto, thanks for your reply.
I read the keys and values in the hash table but there's no sign of a path:
SSLEnabled
SSLURL
STDURL
ControlPanelVisibility
SSLEnforced
InlineEditorEnabled
defaultmoduleid
ControlPanelSecurity
defaulttabid
ControlPanelMode

both SSLURL and STDURL are empty.
At least I come to know how to use a has table ;-)

Any one any other idea?
