Dear friends,

I have developed a module named "Legal Opinion" and i have added an showContents.aspx page to it which will show up on clicking a link in "ViewLegalOpnion.ascx"  user control.

i wish to provide edit option to the content displayed in showContents.aspx page. For that i need the showContents.aspx page to inherit the dotnetnuke "PortalBase" class

But, since the showContents.aspx page already inherits the Page class by default and C# does not allow multiple inheritence, iam finding it difficult to navigate further.

if any body could throw some lights on how to resolve this issue, it would be of great help to me.

all replies are appreciated.

Don't go that way, it is simply not supported. Try do manage it the DotnetNuke way without introducing new ASPX endpoints.
