Hi,

just completed enhancements to the default login module.

Enhancements:

- Added captcha control entry like MSN, where a validation code is also required at the time of login. This was added to minimize automated logins and bots from logging on.

- Modified the Password Reminder function, to now prompt for an email address also. the username and email address are validated against the DB, and if the email address belongs to the account, the password is sent out.

i should be done for Sunday/Monday, once i figure out how to upload the files, i'll do that. there's no install, its a replacement of the existing files if you wnat to experiment.

(i had screen shots, but don't have perms to upload)

Regards,

Sticcino

Hi Sticcino,

I am interested in these features. Is it a core modification or a new Login.aspx page?
