Hi, im quite new to dnn module dev. I hope some shark can help me with a very annoying problem.

I made a simple module and its working fine. I added the module definition by hand. No probs. Now i need to add another page which should be accesed from the "view" modules action drop down. This is giving me so much headache. I tried so many different approached and not one of them has resultet in a link in the dropdown:(

I added the following code to the view page in several variations, using static keys/test or using a resx file:

public

DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionCollection ModuleActions {  get {ModuleActionCollection Actions = new   DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionCollection();Localization.GetString(DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionType.ContentOptions, LocalResourceFile), DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionType.ContentOptions, "", "", EditUrl("", "", "Send Newsletter"), false, SecurityAccessLevel.View, true, false);

}

    return Actions;
  }

And then i added the module definition for this page with the key "Send Newsletter"

But still i dont get a link in the drop down.

I also tried using the key "Edit" instead of "Send Newsletter" but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know what im missing, or has a relevant link to some decent explanation of how to do this?

Thanks and best regards

Peter Meldgaard
