Hi Guys,

I have few modules which have been writen in C#.

They are working on some of old dnn portal before.

As I found out they are few folders (ASP.NET c# code files) in DesktopModules folder

Now I need to move it into new dnn 4.9.4

What I am going to do:

I am just going to copy these few folders into new DesktopModules folder.

What else do I need to do?

What is web.config settings for c# ?

First check out with the developer/vendor compatibility of your module versions with DNN 4.9.4

Next use original module packages and install using "Install new module" in Host :: Module Definitions menu item.

I have no body to check compatibility with.

Next it is clear, I know that I need to install these modules.

Questions is what to do to make it is possible to install?

What is the best way to do it?

there is a "create package" at the bottom of module definition page displaying details of your module on localhost.

Also check out module development tutorials at dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com

I can't see this button on the page.

But any way I is any way around.

For example:

I copy all files of the module from old web portal into the same folder of new portal.

Than install it by using Module Definision page.

Is it possible?
