Am creating a module allowing admins to upload files to pre-defined folders, and YES am not using the DNN File Manager as per client request. My code to upload a file is follows:

Dim curPortalSettings As New PortalSettings()Dim fileToUpload As System.Web.HttpPostedFileDim saveTo As String = curPortalSettings.HomeDirectoryMapPath + "Portals\0\EG\380\2\large\" 'saveTo = FileSystemUtils.formatFolderPath(saveTo)

fileToUpload = FileUpload1.PostedFile

'FileSystemUtils.AddFolder(curPortalSettings, "2007", "Isizulu")

'Dim xfile As String = saveTo + fileName

'FileUpload1.SaveAs(xfile) -- this works!!

FileSystemUtils.UploadFile(saveTo, fileToUpload,

"trimee", False)

This gives an index out of range error OR object not set to an instance of an object.

Am I missing something or is there a better way to enable file uploads within my module ??

Regards
