Good afternoon.

I have a question regrading the fact that when we define a page we can't send parameters to this page.

I have a module that depending on the menu option clicked should behave in a different way.

I managed to create a page that simply points to another page in the website (by suplying the extact url) but, when I try to append a parameter (with the sintax: ?op=AE) the link does not work anymore.

how do you create the link?

what does the link look like in the end?

Thanks,

I've done this before with default installs in order to support dynamic URLs in the IFrame Module. It's definitely possible. What version of DNN are you using? I've only tested it with 3.2.x because the upgrade requires other 3.2 features.

Hi.

I am working with 4.0.2 version (asp.net 2.0).

The way I managed to reuse a page is to create several pages based on an initial one by copying its content at the time of the creation.

Then in the code, I check which was the menu option clicked and I manage to display to the user links that depend in the option clicked (but these are based on hard coded tests of the TabID that is put in the url by DNN itself).

I would like to have a better solution because if one day one page is deleted and created with a different tab id, the code will have to be changed.

I'm not really sure what you're going for, but it sounds like you're going down the wrong road.
