Is it possible to get a event or something else so I can run custom code when a user log in to my portal. I need to dynamically asign som roles to the user when he/she logins in.

This doesn't exactly answer your question but you can check the auto-assignment box on the security role screen.

I know that is possible but I will not help me. I need to assigne the users to the roles based on a result when calling a WebService.

I know I can build a custom membership provider for this but since I dont want to change anything I was hoping to find a another solution.

Right now I have created a module that I add to all pages and that don't display any data. This module will keep track of when a user log in to my site and then it will add/remove roles dynamically to the user. This works and I don't finde a better solution I think I will stick to this one. This way I don't need to make any cange in the core and I don't need to create my own provider.
