Hi,

Although I think DNN is great I'm finding that the module and page editor permissions aren't granular enough.

For example, I have a requirement for members of a particular user group (security role) to be able to move modules around a page but not to be able to edit the module settings.

Furthermore, (ideally) I'd like these users to be able to see the underlying pane layout (similar) to the way Page Editors can (but without the option of them being able to assign Page View & Edit permissions).

Is any of this possible to implement programatically (without altering the cores codebase), perhaps via a custom module (that overrides module or page properties) or via skin manipulation. Obviously all the functionality is there it's just not accessible in all instances.

Thanks,

Norman
