Hi there,

I'm using DNN 4.02. In my custom module i have a codebehind file in vb.net In there i have a connectionstring which should be set to the sitesqlserver.

I just don't seem to get the proper format in which i should place it. I have tried the following settings:

  • Dim myConnection As SqlConnection = New SqlConnection("<%$ ConnectionStrings:SiteSqlServer %>")

  • Dim myConnection As SqlConnection = New SqlConnection("SiteSqlServer")"

Can someone please point me into the right direction of using this sqlconnection statement because i keep on getting an error saying that i can't get any connection to the SQL server 2005.

Regards,

Marc
