The below code is not working in Custom modile , In other words , i have created a new custom module , in that i have HTML content which post the new letter registration. so can any one please help me out from this problem

Below is the code which need to be placed in one of the user contols.

Since the default.aspx page already includes a < form . . . > tag and since ASP.Net does not permit more than one form tag on a page, you cannot include another form tag in your custom module.

I could not tell from your post if you are really creating a custom module or are you simply pasting your html markup code into a HTML module? If the latter you might be able to follow the same formless approach that can be used in an HTML module for a PayPal donate button. Here's a link to that approach:
