I'm new to DNN...
I have to debug code of existing module, so what I do is, Install fresh copy of DNN, Install module, make it appear on my home page.
But when I try to open the WEBSITE folder from VS2008, it take me to the installation page http://localhost:2591/WEBSITE/Install/InstallWizard.aspx. (Don't know why it is expecting me to install again)
When I open my home page and do few silly things with my module, http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Home.aspx shows appropriate error.

So what I try to achieve is, debug newly added module using VS2008.

As I didn't get any reply yet, I like to share what I did in b/w.
I run the dotnetnuke website from my local IIS, and now, able to debug the code written in *.ascx file. But as I want to debug the code from *.ascx.cs file (e.g. any button_Click event) I'm not able to do so (as definition of button_Click not appear)

Now, what should I do to debug button_Click event? Should I add myModule's project file under dotnetnuke solution file and replace all the files added by Install Module option?

I finally figured out the way, so like to share it.
After adding the module to DNN (using web browser), I add the *.csproj file of my Module project into the Solution file of DNN. Remove existing reference from bin directory of DNN, and add project reference of my Module project.

Hope this would help others.

Idea got from EmperorWal's post on http://forums.asp.net/t/913532.aspx.
