Hi

Im trying to use userID in a Insert query. But im not to familliar with ASP.NET used to PHP so im wondering how i can get a hold of the UserID integer?


Tryed alot of things but i cant get it right.

UserID is built into the framework.  Your module should Import DotNetNuke and Inherit Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase

To get the UserID, you simply request it:  UserID

It's a Public ReadOnly Property UserID() As Integer.

That's it!

I got it VB.net but i cant get it in my aspx page.
I want to use it as a parameter in my query.

<SelectParameters>
<asp:Parameter DefaultValue="00" Name="UserID" Type="Int32" />
</SelectParameters>

How can i do this?
