It's really no different than previous versions.

Dim OpenEmailFormatting As String
   OpenEmailFormatting = ""
   OpenEmailFormatting += "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC ""-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"">"
   OpenEmailFormatting += "<HTML><HEAD><TITLE></TITLE>"
   OpenEmailFormatting += "<META http-equiv=Content-Type content=""text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"">"
   OpenEmailFormatting += "</HEAD><BODY>"

Dim CloseEmailFormatting As String
   CloseEmailFormatting = "</body></html>"

Dim MsgSubject As String
Dim MsgBody As String

         MsgSubject = "DNN Message Sent From Code"
         MsgBody = ""
         MsgBody += "" & OpenEmailFormatting & ""
         MsgBody += "Dear " & UserInfo.FirstName & ","
         MsgBody += ""
         MsgBody += "You have just received a message from my DNN module."
         MsgBody += ""
         MsgBody += "" & CloseEmailFormatting & ""

Services.Mail.Mail.SendMail("admin@mydomain.com", UserInfo.Email, "", MsgSubject, MsgBody, "", "html", SMTPServer, SMTPAuthentication, SMTPUsername, SMTPPassword)

Once you get into the SendMail function, you will see options for who the message is sent from, to, cc, etc.  Typically, you web host requires the from account to be a valid account, but it does not necessarily have to be the admin or host email accounts.  I could be something like customerservice@mydomain.com.
