Try this code:

 foreach (System.Web.UI.Control ctl in this.ContainerControl.Controls)//Find control
                {

                    if (ctl.ID == null)

                        continue;

                    if (Regex.IsMatch(ctl.ID, "dnnTITLE"))
                    {

                        Label lbTitle = (Label)ctl.FindControl("lblTitle");

                        lbTitle.Text = "fofofo";//Set title

                    }

                }

Hi,

Thank you so much for the code snippet, I will try that.

I am really surprised that the framework does not supply an easier way to get there, I was looking for example in PortalModuleBase but could not find anything.

Another related question, how do I disable the title bar in the module?
I might choose to do that and then place my text at the top of the module, to get the same effect.

Many thanks,

Ofer

There are multiple methods to remove the title bar.  The two most common are:

  1. Uncheck Display Container in module settings
  2. Create your own container that doesn't have a title bar

If you are developing your own module, you can add the title information to the module itself.  Then, you have full code access to make it say whatever you want.
