I presume you just mean adding a new page?  Just add a page to your portal and specify it's parent (if any).

If that's not what you mean give us more detailed description of what you are trying to do.

OK.  That's handled in your IActionable implementation in the codebehind of your control.

Public ReadOnly Property ModuleActions() As Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionCollection Implements Entities.Modules.IActionable.ModuleActions
   Get
     Dim Actions As New Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionCollection
     Actions.Add(GetNextActionID, Localization.GetString(Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionType.AddContent, LocalResourceFile), Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionType.AddContent, "", "", EditUrl(), False, Security.SecurityAccessLevel.Edit, True, False)
     Return Actions
   End Get
End Property

Just add more Actions.Add to include as many as you want.

Download the current documentation and look at DotNetNuke Module Developers Guide.pdf.  Page 35 has the info you are looking for.
