DNN has the possibility to export one portal to a template. The Site Wizard can reuse that template.

I would like to write my own wizard to generate DNN-Portals.

1) How do i write a DNN-Template from scratch programmaticaly?
I know there exists the code to export the template in the class: "DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.PortalManagement.Template", but i don't like to copy and build my own modules from the entered wizard information, cause on the next DNN-Version this would not be the same!

2) Which wizard should be used, the DNN-Wizard or the ASP.NET 2.0 wizard control?

3) Are there any other examples of building templates programmatically?
