I notice that all of my FormView: ItemTemplate labels use Bind instead of Eval.  Do I understand correctly that Bind works two ways (good for updates) whereas Eval only works for displaying data? 

If that's true, why doesn't the FormView ItemTemplate use Eval, since you don't update in the ItemTemplate? (or perhaps it depends on settings somewhere?)

If I'm right so far, is it worth changing the Bind calls to Eval calls?
